PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR RESOURCE
CONSENT SECTION 95A, RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
The Far North District Council has received an application from Keith
Penney for a resource consent, Council reference: RC2110019
The proposal is a Non Complying Activity under Rule 13.9 of the Far
North District Plan.
The application is to subdivide existing Lot 2 DP 183878 into two
lots at 212 Waimate North Road, Kerikeri. Proposed Lot 1 would be
6170m² and Lot 2 would be 8660m².
The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
The application may be inspected at the Far North District Council's
customer services counter at Memorial Avenue, Kaikohe and the
John Butler Centre offices at 60 Kerikeri Road, Kerikeri during normal
office hours or alternatively on Council's website www.fndc.govt.nz.

Kerikeri 0245, as soon as reasonably practicable after serving your
submission on the Far North District Council.
