Nursing. In this role you will be teaching on the Bachelor of Nursing and Diploma in Enrolled Nursing

Our expanding company is looking for two new enthusiastic
team members. Our office is based in Kerikeri with our head
office in Kaikohe
40 hours per week. This role includes
• Preparation of accounting statements and reports,
operating budgets and forecasts
• Liaising with Company's auditors
• Monitoring cash flow requirements
• Contributing to the development of long term strategies
and business plans
• Analysis of our commercial returns
• Evaluating systems and procedure and implementing
• Overseeing all financial aspects of the business and its

This is a full time role (40 hours per week). The role

The proposed Far North Cycleway Trail is an extraordinary project for the Far North District Council
and New Zealand, and we need an extraordinary person just like you - to coordinate it.
As the main point of contact for this project, your first gear will be liaising and
negotiating land access / easement agreements for the proposed trail. You'll
have the authority to discuss and advise on track alignment, construction
and other practical issues.
As a proven negotiator and communicator, you will talk with multiple stakeholders and
provide up-to-date information to interested parties. Part of this ability will involve
working and interacting with a variety of cultural and social backgrounds, so an
understanding of Maori values to land and ownership of land would be desirable.
Time and budget management skills will be second nature to you, accompanied
by an attractive CV which highlights your project management experience
and excellent research abilities that enable you to provide
effective solutions and informative cost analysis.
