Hapu Development Leader
Te Runanga A Iwi O Ngapuhi is looking for a team member
as part of the hapu development team to collaborate with
Ngapuhi whanau, hapu, and marae to assist to develop
strategies for future self sustainability
• To work with marae to identify and develop strategies and
relationships that expedites the completion of their marae
• To work collaboratively with whanau, and hapu to identify
and assess their development priorities
• To collaborate with whanau and hapu to develop strategies
and relationships to meet these priorities
• To develop and facilitate wananga and workshops that
delivers specialised information to collectives of whanau,
hapu and marae
• To either project manage or collaborate with project
managers in the delivery of Runanga identified projects
• To support, assist and collaborate in the development of
support programmes for whanau and hapu to enhance
their capacity and capability in managing the processes
required to meet the outcomes of pilot projects
• Other tasks as required

our equipment. Hospice Mid-Northland has loan equipment
available to support patients with a terminal illness in the mid-
north community which covers the area from Towai in the
south, to Taupo Bay in the North and coast to coast. Our
equipment is delivered by a group of dedicated volunteers to
homes throughout the mid-north. The position will require
