Our Kerikeri site is currently experiencing a significant increase in plantings
as a key part of a major expansion in our kiwifruit breeding programme.
To support this expansion, this new position has been created to assist and
understudy other members of the research team across the full range of
research activities undertaken on-site. This includes seedling propagation
and evaluation, plant husbandry, field trials, laboratory-based sample
processing and the collection and analysis of trial data.
For this outstanding career opportunity we are seeking an individual with
a strong affinity for plants and horticulture who has the drive and ability to
undertake relevant tertiary studies in parallel with their work at Plant & Food
Research. As a minimum, you will have proven ability at year 12 in secondary
school, be computer literate and hold a current New Zealand drivers licence.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER -- PAIHIA

in our Paihia office to assist with Structural, Environmental
