Top Energy is a modern, multi-faceted Group which has

A new position has been created for a Quality Improvement
Administrator to provide support to the Quality Improvement
department, forums and processes. This position will be for a
fixed term of 2 years to assist with positioning the company in
achieving ISO accreditation or similar. It will be a part-time
position with the potential to increase hours should the
business needs change.
This position will report to the Quality Improvement Manager
and will be based at Corporate Services in Kerikeri.
Key areas of focus will be:
• To provide secretarial support to Quality Improvement forums
• Prepare, collate and file working notes of project teams
• Identify policies and procedures due for review
• Update, maintain and correctly index documentation for
the Quality Improvement Library
• Maintain the Quality application database
• Assist with implementation and training of the Quality
To succeed in this role you will have at least three years
administrative experience within a multi-site or utility industry
organisation. It is essential that you have a high level of
computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office. You will have proven
experience in secretarial support and have the ability to work
independently. It would be an advantage to have experience in
project administration plus an understanding of ISO standards

team operating 16 Sewerage and 9 Water Treatment Systems in
the Far North District.
Clean driver's licence, including Class 2 (HT).

Experience in reticulation and/or sewerage pump station
